Incubating New Businesses

We partner with emerging businesses, acting as an incubator (providing low-cost space and mentors) for them. Sole proprietor chefs have used our kitchen for catering services. Two concerns that started with us, Yoga on Hamilton and Juice Guys, have moved on to larger spaces in College Hill and elsewhere. The Oasis@Grace operated a thrift store from early 2020 to January 2024. Miss T’s Homestyle Fried Fish Bar rented from us from March until June 2024, while awaiting her new business location to become available. We now have a regular set of yoga classes and a pilates class using our spaces.
